Campus Recruitment - Tourism Sales Support Intern

• Assist the sales team in collecting and sorting customer resources, completing customer information registration and file management.
• Support daily customer communication, follow up customer demands, reply to basic business inquiries, and maintain good customer relationships.
• Vietnamese and English language proficiency required for effective customer communication.
• Assist in market research, collect industry trends, competitor information and market data in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and sort out analysis reports regularly.
• Help prepare sales proposals, quotation documents, business contract drafts, assist in sorting out sales data and weekly/monthly reports.
• Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency required for comprehensive document preparation and data management.
• Coordinate and assist in online and offline business negotiation meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on subsequent work arrangements.
• Complete other daily sales auxiliary work arranged by the supervisor.

• Current university students or fresh graduates, major in Marketing, Sales, International Trade, （Tourism-related majors are preferred） or related majors .
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal skills and learning ability, proactive working attitude.
• Able to bear basic work pressure, have team spirit and responsibility.
• Familiar with basic Office software (Word, Excel, PPT); no work experience required, fresh graduates are welcome.
• Passionate about sales and international business development, willing to grow with the team long-term.
• Open to candidates of any nationality for this Vietnam-based position.
