Junior Associate In Multimedia Production

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Associate in Multimedia Producer to join our Marketing and Communication team. This position is ideal for whom are passionate about visual storytelling, digital content, and multimedia production.

Beyond creating engaging visual content, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to participate in communication planning, campaign development, and branding initiatives, making this an excellent role for someone who wants to grow into a strategic communications professional.

Multimedia Production

• Produce multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, photography, social media content, and other visual assets for both online and offline communications.

• Edit videos for corporate communications, events, interviews, project showcases, and digital campaigns.

• Design simple graphics and visual materials using industry-standard software.

• Ensure all multimedia outputs align with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

Content & Communication Support

• Collaborate with other teams to develop creative concepts for branding and communication campaigns.

• Assist in producing content for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, and corporate publications.

• Support event documentation through photography and videography.

Planning & Strategy

• Assist in developing communication plans and multimedia content calendars.

• Contribute creative ideas for branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.

• Research communication trends, emerging digital platforms, and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Support post-campaign reviews by collecting and analyzing basic performance metrics.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Portfolio demonstrating multimedia production skills through academic, internship, freelance, or personal projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software.

• Familiarity with video editing software

• Basic understanding of photography, videography, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Good written and spoken English are a plus.

Preferred

• Ability to develop communication plans or creative campaign proposals.

• Strong interest in branding, strategic communications, and marketing.

• Experience managing social media channels or producing digital campaigns.

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for multimedia production.

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D visualization is an advantage.
