YBAS is an Australian-focused accounting firm providing bookkeeping, BAS, tax support, and financial reporting services for Australian clients.
We are currently hiring Junior Accountants to join our growing team.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday: off

Key Responsibilities
Perform bank reconciliations accurately and on time
Maintain well-organised and accurate financial records using Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage client emails and communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
Communicate with Australian clients via email or chat
Follow internal workflows and comply with Australian accounting standards
Support BAS preparation, payroll processing, and other accounting tasks

Requirements – Junior Accountant
Salary: 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Familiarity with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks is a plus (training will be provided)
English: basic reading and writing skills (stronger English is a plus)
Careful, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Willing to learn Australian GST, BAS, payroll, and financial reporting
Positive teamwork attitude and willingness to grow
