IT Support

Position: IT Support (Temporary contract 06 months)

Reports to: Head of IT

Working hours: From 8.00AM to 5.00PM, Monday through Friday

Expected starting date: 10 Aug 2026

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deploy/install, maintain, upgrade IT equipment and standard applications.

- Support the school’s users to troubleshoot the problems occurring on their desktops including problems with IT equipment’s, OS and standard applications (Laptop, Desktop, iPad, Printer, Projector,)

- Manage, update inventory for all IT equipment.

- Train users on correct and efficient use of hardware/software applications and ensure that it is compiled to the organization’s IT policy.

- Operate helpdesk service.

- Delivery Laptop to Classroom based on Booking system.

- Perform other tasks assigned by IT Manager/ Principal

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification/ Training:

- At least Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent fields.

- Experience in IT support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Projector, ..) Operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and various office applications.

- Good command of English (both written and verbal).

- Knowledge and experience in systems such as Cloud Computer, Azure AD is an advantage.

- Knowledge and experience in MacOS, IOS are an advantage

- Knowledge and experience in IT systems of education/ school is an advantage.

- Practical experience in an English-speaking environment is preferable.

- Hard working, excellent problem-solving skills and good aptitude for learning new technology.
