Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or IT specialist roles. Experience in multinational environments is a plus

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365

Good understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN)

Familiarity with IT security practices and backup systems

Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems is preferred
