IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Operations and Management

• Perform daily maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN to ensure network stability.

• Configure and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) to optimize performance.

2. System and Server Maintenance

• Maintain enterprise servers (email, file, database) to ensure security and regular backups.

• Deploy and update operating systems, office software, and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, OA).

• Independently deploy and configure IT hardware, including backup appliances/storage systems, virtual machine installation and setup (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), physical server installation and racking, and Active Directory (AD) service management (including domain controller setup, user/group policy administration, and replication troubleshooting).

3. Data Security and Compliance

• Implement encryption standards for sensitive data (storage and transmission).

• Assist in vulnerability assessments, patch management, and penetration testing.

• Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) efforts, including quarterly drills.

4. Desktop and User Support

• Resolve employee IT issues (e.g., network connectivity, software malfunctions).

• Provide technical training and manage IT assets (computers, IP addresses, software licenses).

5. Enterprise System Support

• Support ERP, PLM, and future CRM systems.

• Assist in inventory management and groupware/approval systems.

6. Cross-Regional Collaboration

• Coordinate with IT teams in Korea China and Hong Kong to align strategies and resolve issues.

Require

Required

• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in enterprise network management.

• Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLAN, routing/switching, VPN technologies, and network troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with mainstream databases (MySQL, SQL Server) for backup, query, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with mainstream network devices (e.g., Huawei, Cisco).

Preferred

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

• Experience with Linux distributions, Nginx, GitLab, AD domain deployment, and virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi).

• Knowledge of data security standards (e.g., ISO27001) and experience in vulnerability management.

• Prior exposure to ERP/PLM systems (e.g., K-Lab 365, E-count) and IT asset management.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-regional team.
