OBJECTIVES:

- Managing all license and software to ensure Software license compliance about quantity and legally.

- Planning & managing budget related to Software license for both existing and new licenses.

- Monitoring and processing purchase/renewal software on time to keep business continuous.

- Distribute licenses/software to ensure correct version, quantity, person and needed

- Keep up to date change in licenses term to ensure clearly understood and accurately reflected in organizational usage/compliance.

- Involving in design and improve licenses management policies, procedures and processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Planning & Budgeting

- Planning, monitoring, clarifying and controlling budget items related to software/licenses.

- Existing licenses/software: regular renew included current & addition functions with quantity and estimated cost for each software/license.

- New licenses/software: cooperate, consult and clarify with Business department to ensure new licenses is necessary and correct quantity and function.

2. Procurement & Vendor

- Cooperate with Group/Country Procurement and Business service owners to review quotation, contract, agreements and related documents.

- Work with Software vendors to process renew and true up existing licensing agreements.

- Support documents to fulfil related payments process.

3. Licenses distribution

- Process and manage approval ticket request software installation.

- Review/verify tickets received from Requester to request software installation. Make sure the requirement is correct.

- Monitor SLAs dashboards to ensure tickets are processed on time.

4. Software management tool

- Inputting and maintaining entitlement records up to date.

- Uploading latest version of contracts, agreements and invoices.

- Manage product use rights, license allowances, contractual entitlements and invoices

- Improving report functions

5. License Auditing & Reporting

- Regular review and clarify volumes, versions between assigned and used licenses both local and centralized licenses.

- Cooperate with business to addition, adjust to ensure software compliance.

6. Licenses management

- Manage and maintain Software Portfolio & Software catalogue.

- Ensure that all new technology initiatives consider and implement appropriate licensing practices and models (ITIP)

- Understand complicated software

7. Others

- Requires a Bachelor's degree replacing: IT Administrator, IT Engineer …

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar positions as IT licensing, IT administrator

- Experience working with SAM tool and Cloud licensing, technologies and services

- Knowledge about of Licensing scheme (e.g.: Microsoft license, Vmware, Bitdefender, Qradar, IBM, Cyber Ark, Jira, SAP, SAS,..)

- Experience working with budgets and forecasting.

- Reporting skill.

- English skill _ good reading, writing and speaking skills.

- MS office skills: Excel, Words, Power BI,…
