• Develop and implement a comprehensive CVM communication & costs strategy aligned with business goals

• Work closely with product teams to ensure CVM strategies align with new product launches and updates, ensuring seamless integration of products into the CVM lifecycle.

• Contribute to product feedback loops by analyzing customer engagement data and providing actionable insights.

• Create and oversee data-driven campaigns to activate customers and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities using lifetime value calculations.

• Collaborate with campaign teams to execute impactful and timely customer campaigns.

• Work with communication teams to refine content strategies for various channels.

• Design, monitor, analyze, and act on campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance communication efficiency and reduce costs.

• Monitor Digital Sales performance, optimize strategies from CVM side and cooperate with Digital Product/Sales on initiatives to deliver digital KPIs

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 4 years of experience in CVM, CRM, Customer life cycle, Customer Retention, Growth marketing, Product management, Card managements or relevant roles in CFC, Banking, Fintech, Ecommerce, Ride Hailing, … industry.

• Proficient with data analysis, skilled with Pivot Table, experienced with Power BI is an advantage

• Good analytical mindset and understanding of data structures

• Good logical thinking to analyze and build up business processes

• From upper-intermediate level in English
