IT Intern

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Help maintain simple user guides, IT checklists, inventory files, and internal documentation to improve team efficiency.
• User Guidance: Support simple user communication, basic IT tips, and awareness materials to help employees use IT resources effectively.
•  IT Security Awareness Exposure: Learn basic IT security practices and assist in preparing reminders or awareness materials for employees.
• Learning and Compliance: Follow company policies, IT procedures, and guidance from the supervisor while actively learning workplace IT standards.
• Customer Service Practice: Develop professional communication skills by supporting employees politely, patiently, and service-mindedly
• Escalation Awareness: Learn when and how to escalate issues to the appropriate IT team members for further support.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the local and regional IT team, participate in team discussions where relevant, and contribute positively as part of the SEA IT team.
• Project Support Exposure: Assist with simple project coordination tasks such as data collection, testing support, user communication drafts, and progress tracking.
• Learning Mindset: Explore new IT tools, workplace technologies, and digital ways of working, and share improvement ideas with the team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education / Professional Certification

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.

2. Experience

• Open to students who are available for a minimum 6-month internship. Prior internship or part-time IT support experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

3. Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

• Good communication skills in English; Vietnamese language proficiency is an advantage for local user support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, computer hardware, printers, and networking concepts.
• Curious, proactive, service-minded, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn from hands-on tasks.
• Interested in corporate IT operations, user support, digital workplace tools, IT security awareness, and process improvement.
• Able to work independently on assigned tasks while asking for guidance when needed.
