🌱 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Participate in reviewing and proposing periodic improvements to IT policies and procedures.

- Research and update international methodologies and standards; support their application in IT operational processes.

- Assist in coordinating with the Legal, Business, and IT units to assess the impact of legal documents and consolidate compliance reports.

- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for submission to the State Bank of Vietnam and relevant authorities.

- Participate in developing and implementing internal IT compliance inspection programs.

- Coordinate and organize IT compliance communication and training programs.

- Support the management of the IT Risk Register; monitor remediation measures and update status reports.

- Assist in coordinating inspections, examinations, and audits related to IT compliance.

Your Skills and Experience

🌱JOB REQUIREMENTS

I. Relevant Knowledge / Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

- At least 3 years of experience in a related position (IT compliance, IT risk management, IT audit, or IT operations within a bank or large organization)..

- Basic knowledge of IT risk management, compliance control, and process governance.

- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge or certifications related to ISO, ITIL, or COBIT frameworks.

II. Skills

- Logical, detail-oriented, and responsible.

- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive in learning, researching, and updating new knowledge.
