Internal Communications Intern

Turn company values, culture principles, and leadership messages into practical communication activities, internal campaigns that raise employee awareness and encourage daily behavior change.
Support in proposing ideas, planning, and implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Assist in organizing, coordinating, and executing internal events and activities (e.g. company events, team bonding,...).Support content, design and management for internal communication channels including email newsletters, internal websites, and other internal media platforms.
Actively engage with employees to collect feedback, insights, and ideas; contribute creative solutions to strengthen internal connection and engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in Employee Engagement and Internal Communication to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Engagement team as assigned.
Support content development for company websites and social media channels related to culture, activities, and employer branding.

3rd or 4th year student in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields.
Proactive, creative, and passionate in internal communications, culture building, employee engagement, and creative campaign execution.
Creative mindset with the ability to turn business messages into simple, engaging, and employee-friendly communication ideas.
Familiar with AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Canva AI, CapCut, AI video/image generation tools, or similar platforms.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
Able to work at least 4 days per week.
