Mô tả công việc
- Obtain quotations, compare, negotiate, and select transportation suppliers (Domestic & Import/Export), optimize Incoterms and costs.
- Coordinate internally, arrange transportation, and ensure project schedules are met.
- Prepare Contracts, Import/Export Documents, Payments (L/C), Customs Declarations, and check validity.
- Monitor orders, contracts, payments, and cost estimates (freight, taxes).
- Prepare periodic reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
-Prior Male
- College/University graduate majoring in Import-Export or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the import-export field.
- Good English skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of trade terms: Incoterms, international payment methods (L/C, T/T...), customs declaration procedures, and related knowledge.
