[Hybrid] Business Analyst Leader

• Work with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and designers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems/processes (As-Is) and proposed solutions (To-Be).
• Support solution design by identifying system features, data requirements, and integration points.
• Participate in testing activities: define test cases, support UAT, and validate deliverables against requirements.
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and technical teams.
• Assist in change management and provide training or documentation for end users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.
• Experience in banking/finance or ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Visio.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
