Tuyển dụng Human Resource Policy Development (Up To Manager) tại Bắc Ninh

Develop and implement labor policies, salary structure, and employee benefits in compliance with regulations.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Handle contract lifecycle: issuance, renewal, amendments, and probation evaluation.
Conduct performance, capability, and promotion evaluations; build and apply KPI frameworks.
Support employee mobility (internal transfer, overseas assignment, training coordination).
Monitor training commitments, retention agreements, and handle related compliance cases.
Maintain HR systems, ensure legal compliance, and prepare regular HR reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Experience
From 6 years of experience in HR Operations, C&B, or labor contract management.
Experience in developing and implementing HR frameworks, policies, and compensation systems.
Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
Experience in performance evaluation, promotion, and salary increment processes is an advantage.
Experience with HR systems/software
Required Skills
Good at English communication
Basic to good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and labor contract administration.
Understanding of salary structure, salary scale, and HR policies.
Good working knowledge of Excel for HR data tracking and reporting.
Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling employee data.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Able to handle multiple HR tasks independently.
