HSE SPECIALIST

- Conduct factory walkthroughs to ensure compliance with EHS, ESG, safety, environment and sustainability standards; prepare weekly EHS reports.
- Identify EHS/ESG risks with relevant teams; propose solutions and follow up corrective & preventive actions.
- Implement and monitor EHS, ESG action plans and improvement initiatives.
- Manage fire safety system, work permits, contractor safety and PPE compliance.
- Conduct incident/accident investigation, root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
- Monitor waste management, occupational & environmental monitoring, machine/equipment OSH inspections.
- Organize EHS/ESG training and maintain EHS/ESG documents, master lists and data.
- Prepare internal reports and statutory reports for authorities; support external audits.
- Analyze EHS/ESG data, non-compliance trends and propose performance improvement plans.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, EHS or related disciplines.
- At least 01 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company (preferably handbags, footwear or garment factories).
- Strong knowledge and experience in Safety, Environment, Sustainability Management system.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, proactive mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Good command of English for daily communication, reporting and audit support.
