HRBP Team Leader (Strong In Process & Policy)

We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of HRBP Team Leader (Strong in Process & Policy) to join Stavian to GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:  

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced HRBP Team Leader to lead HR operational excellence while partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality HR services. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations, developing and standardizing HR policies and processes, managing employee relations, maintaining organizational structures, and driving HR transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, analytical, and passionate about building scalable HR systems that enhance employee experience and support business growth. 

1.     HR Operations & Employee Services

• Lead end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, internal transfers, promotions, appointments, contract management, and offboarding. 
• Ensure all HR services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and labor regulations. 
• Continuously review, standardize, and improve HR processes, SOPs, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. 
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.

2.     Employee Relations

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations issues and people management. 
• Handle employee disciplinary cases, grievances, conflict resolution, and other complex ER matters. 
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and internal regulations. 
• Promote a positive employee experience and maintain a healthy workplace culture.

3.     Organization Development & HR Governance

• Manage and maintain organizational structures and workforce data for assigned business units. 
• Develop and standardize job architecture, job titles, grading structures, and reporting lines. 
• Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations. 
• Support organizational restructuring and workforce planning initiatives to align with business objectives.

4.     HR Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in HR transformation projects/HR softwares to improve HR operations, systems, and service delivery. 
• Lead or support HR process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and digital HR solutions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR policies, systems, and organizational changes. 
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across HR functions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline. 

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles. 
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership position is preferred. 
• Proven experience in developing and improving HR processes, policies, and HR governance. 
• Experience managing employee lifecycle operations within medium to large organizations. 
• Experience participating in HR transformation or HRIS implementation projects is highly desired.
