Talent Acquisition
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
People & HR Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for employees' day-to-day HR queries.
- Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Apply company policies consistently and fairly; support line managers on attendance, team coordination, and basic employee concerns.
- Support employer branding and employee engagement activities.
- Compile recruitment and HR data for regular reports.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2–3 years in HR / Talent Acquisition, preferably in FMCG or E-commerce.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Must have a personal laptop for work.
