Mô tả công việc
Purpose: To oversee and execute comprehensive HR operations with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), legal compliance, and employee relations. This role also acts as a key partner in optimizing the employee lifecycle, from data-driven recruitment support to onboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to company policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
Responsibilities:
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance
• Implement and take full responsibility for all C&B tasks, including benefits application, timely and accurate salary calculation, PIT declaration, finalization, dependent registration, and labor contracts.
• Manage compulsory insurances, additional health insurances, and other C&B-related tasks.
• Work proactively with state authorities on labor issues, insurance, and PIT.
• Welcome and assist all external inspection teams or state agencies as assigned.
• Ensure all legal reports to authorities are completed on time and strictly comply with Vietnamese regulations.
• Handle work permit and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) processes for expatriates as requested.
HR Data & Performance Management
• Check, manage, and optimize HR data, including the record and filing system.
• Track and report HR metrics (e.g., headcount, recruitment funnels, Time-to-Hire, turnover rate) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing and monitoring the performance management and evaluation program.
• Review and systematically update the organization chart, job descriptions, and organization announcements.
Employee Relations & Policies
• Organize employee engagement programs to provide the best service to employees with optimum cost (e.g., yearly events, teambuilding, Women’s Day, monthly events, birthday parties).
• Resolve labor disputes efficiently and provide timely consultation to employees regarding company regulations and policies.
• Draft and distribute internal notices to employees as assigned.
• Continuously update new relevant regulations and labor laws for timely application.
• Conduct surveys on other companies' policies and market tendencies for internal reference and improvement.
• Support the HR Manager in developing and updating Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or directly from the Board of Directors (BOD).
Talent Acquisition & Employee Development
• Support recruitment tasks when needed, including screening CVs, utilizing sourcing tools, conducting phone interviews, arranging interviews, and issuing offer letters.
• Monitor the onboarding program to ensure all new hires seamlessly integrate into the company and fully understand company regulations.
• Support the organization and coordination of internal/external training courses as requested.

Requirements: Educational background • University graduate; BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Linguistics is preferable Experiences • At least 5 years working as an HR Generalist or Senior C&B for international companies with relevant working scopes. Experience in fast-paced or scale-up industries (such as Real Estate, Property Development, etc.) is a strong advantage Skills required • Deep understanding of the Vietnam Labor Code, PIT, compulsory insurance, and the local labor market. • Proficient English communication skills. • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word), particularly in using Excel formulas for data management and reporting. • Excellent communication, numerical, and analytical reporting skills.
