Training tasksSupport the full Training Lifecycle with detail belowManage E-Training FlatformDesign Training ArtworkFollow up Training Schedule (from start to end), Alert to remind Trainees, TrainersOrganize and Coordinate Training Events: Prepare Training Rooms (Room, facilities etc), Prepare Training Materials, Coordinate with HR Generalist & HRM all Training EventsSummary & Make report Feedback form, Training TestSupport drafting Training Content, Training TestsInternal Com tasksPropose ideas and support to organize company events / internal events.
Translate & design posters for Internal communication activities.
Support for data collection & filing documents.
Tracking POSM for IC and Training events.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (monthly reports, etc).Completing ad-hoc task as requested by the managements
Yêu cầu công việc
Internship duration: 6 months (Full time: Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm).Open for 3rd – 4th year student in human resource/ business administration/ or marketing.
Be comfortable with English writing and speaking.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).Can do the design basic via Canvas, etcPublic speaking, hard-working, multitasking, team oriented.
