HR Intern - Employer Branding

HR Intern responsibilities include supporting in employer branding activities, as well as logistic arrangement for event & communication. Company events: Participate in organizing company internal events and careers days when happens.
Employer branding activities: tracking all communication channels (internal vs external), career pages & update information accordingly.
Design Communication collateral for Social Media & Internal Activities.
Logistic support for Communication: quarterly Let’s Talk, survey activities & consolidation for final report, etc.
Admin tasks: support on expense claim & vendor code, contract portal process and payment, etc.
Other tasks assigned by Manager/ Team Leaders.
- Efficiency level of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Efficiency in design skill (Canva) & video production (Capcut)
- Good at writing & creativity.
- Full-time availability for a 6-month period is required.
- Careful, detail oriented, well organize.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- English communication.
