1. Knowledge
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in C&B, employee relations and organizational practices.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, social insurance regulations, PIT rules and related HR legal frameworks.
- Ability to advise leadership on labor law compliance and policy application.
2. Skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English communication
