What You'll Own:

Internship Management & Employer Branding

- Manage the full internship lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to monthly payment processing and ongoing intern engagement.

- Drive employer branding projects that showcase Ford as an employer of choice to top talent.

- Support recruitment projects focused on enhancing candidate experience, including building and maintaining recruitment dashboards and visualizations to track and optimize hiring performance.

Learning & Development (L&D) Support — Shape the Future of Learning at Ford

- Help initiate and drive innovative L&D projects that cultivate a vibrant learning culture across the organization.

- Champion the Ford OS training experience, coordinating in-class sessions to deliver seamless, high-impact learning journeys.

- Own the tracking of learning hours, transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform how we invest in our people's growth.

HR Budget Coordination

- Consolidate and track the monthly HR budget, supporting accurate and timely financial reporting for the department.

Internal Communications

- Manage HR Vietnam's email account and respond to internal queries in a professional, timely manner.

- Keep the bulletin board and HR Connect platform fresh, relevant, and engaging for employees.

- Create compelling content (written, visual, and video) that strengthens company culture and internal engagement.

Yêu cầu công việc

What Makes You a Great Fit:

- A recent graduate from 1 year, from a top university, with a strong academic record.

- Excellent communication skills — you can write clearly, present confidently, and connect with people across all levels.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- Energetic, creative, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for HR, branding, and people experience.

- Familiar with design and video creation tools

- Experience with Power BI/ Power automate is a plus

- Strong event organizing skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

- A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic, multinational environment.
