[HO] EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST

1. Employee Relations Management

• Manage disciplinary, misconduct and employee grievance cases.

• Conduct investigations and fact-finding activities where necessary.

• Coordinate disciplinary committee meetings and prepare relevant documentation.

• Monitor and manage Performance Improvement Program (PIP) cases.

2. HR Legal & Compliance Support

• Provide consultation on labor law and internal HR regulations.

• Review HR practices to ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal governance.

• Coordinate with Legal Department on complex employee cases.

3. HR Policy Management

• Draft, review and update HR policies, procedures and operational guidelines.

• Interpret HR policies and provide consultation to HR and business units.

• Monitor regulatory changes and recommend policy updates.

4. Advisory Support

• Advise managers on employee relations matters.

• Support conflict resolution between employees and management.

• Provide recommendations to minimize employee relation risks.

5. Case Administration

• Maintain employee relations database and documentation.

• Prepare reports and management updates on ER cases.

• Monitor trends and propose preventive actions.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related fields

- 5 -> 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Compliance

- Good English is required, Korean is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Code and HR regulations

- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in the banking or financial industry is preferred.
