- Handle transactions for customers, including cash deposits/withdrawals, card payments.

- Follow the bank procedure to count, reconcile and manage all the fund.

- Track, record, report, and store transactional information and special requests.

- Work with other customer service officer as a team to complete daily tasks while demonstrating respect and professionalism, being, and supporting management as needed.

- Provide a high level of customer service, offering answers and assistance with a smile.

- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

- College degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.

- Honest, careful, highly responsible; good health.

- Good sense of numbers.

- Cash handling experience.

- Excellent communication, and time-management skills.

- Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency, high responsibility in teamwork.

- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
