HO - Electrical Engineer

• Ensure that electrical systems, lightning protection systems (properly earthed), pressure equipment, lighting systems, main diesel tanks, forklifts, ventilation systems, air and steam systems, critical machines, and all kinds of equipment are inspected periodically in accordance with international and local safety requirements, and are operated safely and smoothly.
• Supervise electrical installation works.
• Ensure that electrical safety regulations (including Lockout/Tagout procedures) and work safety instructions are implemented; provide compliance requirements for all machines and equipment, with clear responsibilities assigned to the electrician team (including subcontractors).
• Be responsible for ensuring that fire-fighting systems, drinking water systems, and domestic water systems operate properly and are inspected periodically in accordance with requirements.
• Oversee the condition and safety of inspection machines (stores), fusing (cutting) machines, and canteen equipment.
• Oversee installation testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of Electrical Installation, Manufacturing process, Product Category, Spare parts /Consumable Items
• Knowledge of Safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities
• Communication skills
• Technical skills based on skills matrix
• Problem-solving skill, Collaboration skills, Management skills, Risk Analysis skills (building/ construction/ electric), Growth mindset
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
