Designed to accelerate future leaders, this 18-month program combines cross-functional rotations, structured learning, and mentorship from senior leaders providing broad business exposure before you embark on a long-term career in the Design Management function.

• Immersive Design Management exposure:

- Gain end-to-end exposure to the design development process from concept design through construction.

- Support design coordination and collaborate with consultants, project teams, and key stakeholders.

- Support digitalisation, AI-enabled design tools, and innovation initiatives that improve design quality and efficiency.

• Specialized learning roadmap:

- Participate in an 18-month rotational program across 2–3 key functions, with each assignment lasting 6–9 months.

- Rotate across Design Management, Project Management, and other related business functions, developing your core expertise in Design Management while broadening your business perspective through cross-functional and optional cross-city rotations.

We are looking for driven, design savvy young professionals with strong interest in real estate development and a long term career in design management.

You are eligible to apply if you:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.

• Are a fresh graduate or have up to 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Demonstrate strong academic performance and a genuine interest in real estate development and design management.

• Possess strong design thinking, aesthetic judgement, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.

• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, adaptability, resilience, and a passion for continuous learning.

• Show leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, community, or professional activities.

• Have an interest in digital design, innovation, and AI applications in the built environment; proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

• Are proficient in English
