[Hanoi] MEP Senior Officer/ Kỹ Sư Cơ Điện

This role is responsible for ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems meet the company's quality standards. Key duties include implementing and managing the electronic platform for evaluation processes and working in close collaboration with the QSHE division to ensure project activities align with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• To involve and participate in project/factory review, material selection, product briefing and site discussion.

• To involve, participate and report preparation for new contractor pre-qualification evaluation.

Tham gia và chuẩn bị báo cáo cho việc đánh giá năng lực của nhà thầu mới.

• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.

Thực hiện kiểm tra công trường để đánh giá chất lượng thi công và chất lượng vật liệu.

• To coordinate and report implementation plan for the GQUAS throughout each project lifecycle, including progressive assessment.

Điều phối và báo cáo kế hoạch áp dụng GQUAS ở mỗi vòng đời dự án, bao gồm đánh giá tiến trình.

• To facilitate and coordinate training related to site technical knowledge in order to achieve the Quality Standard.

Điều phối, thực hiện việc đào tạo kiến thức kỹ thuật để đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

• Effectively implement continual improvement initiatives to improve product quality and workmanship throughout project lifecycle.

Thực hiện hiệu quả sáng kiến cải tiến liên tục để cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm và tay nghề qua vòng đời dự án.

• To prepare Monthly Operation Meeting reports for monthly project’s quality review and on quality improvement program.

Chuẩn bị các Báo cáo hoạt động tháng về chất lượng dự án và chương trình cải tiến chất lượng.

• To compile the Green Product information and documents available in market for ESG compliance.

Soạn thảo thông tin và tài liệu về Green Product tuân theo tiêu chuẩn ESG.

• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health & Environment, and ESG related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering/ equivalent.

• 2-5 years working experience in quality assurance or quality control under construction and property development.

• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and installation methods.

• Well versed in working with AutoCAD.

• Confident in English.

• Up to 25M Gross.
