[Hanoi] General Accountant/ Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

1. Prepares monthly or quarterly financial report following VAS and IFRS.

2. Check revenue and expenses to ensure data accuracy.

3. Control the accounts on the balance sheet to ensure that these accounts are prepared in detail

4. Calculate the cost per product

5. Perform allocation and transfer entries for monthly / yearly report

6. Liaise with Head Office, Auditors, Tax agent and other Statutory bodies on accounting related matters.

7. Review CIT before submitting to Chief Accountant.

8. Ensure all accounting practices comply with national tax laws, Real-estate Law requirements, Group policies, Group SOP and relevant accounting standards/ regulations.

9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other analytical disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Management accounting function, preferably in construction/ real estate/ manufacturing industry. In which, minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting roles.

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Good working knowledge of statutory act related to financial accounting (Accounting Standard).

• Strong supervising and team building skills.

• Able to work independently.
