Must have:
- At least 4 - 7 years of experience in embedded software development
- Strong programming skills in C/C++
- Hands-on experience with: ARM microcontrollers and Driver development (SPI, ADC, UART, etc.)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical specifications, datasheets, and schematics
- Good English communication skills
