[Hanoi] Commercial Manager - Pharmaceutical

The Commercial Manager/Product Director will be responsible for managing and developing the pharmaceutical product portfolio in Vietnam.

This position plays a strategic role in maintaining product knowledge, monitoring market trends, supporting business development activities, coordinating with business partners, and promoting product awareness in the Vietnamese market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously develop the Company’s pharmaceutical product portfolio.

• Maintain and update scientific, technical and commercial information for all existing and future products.

• Monitor pharmaceutical market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.

• Prepare product presentations, promotional materials and scientific documentation.

• Support product training and knowledge transfer for business partners.

• Coordinate product-related activities between headquarters, manufacturers and Vietnamese partners.

• Support marketing initiatives, scientific meetings, exhibitions and product launch activities.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective product communication and portfolio development.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Marketing or Business Development.

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the Vietnamese healthcare market.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning capability.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Self-motivated, highly organized and committed to continuous learning.

• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
