[Hanoi] 02 Sales Consultant

- Responsible for achieving personal and company’s Sales Target by direct sales of residential properties to customers.

- Establish and maintain database of existing and potential customers.

- Prepare, develop, and conduct sales presentation for customer.

- Assist Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager in planning, creating, executing, and developing sales promotion plan and activities to achieve sales target.

- Follow internal processes, including roster duties at sale galleries & show units.

- Follow up closely on after-sales matters, including sales documentation, customer complaints and handover.

- Offer assistance and support for viewings of prospective customers introduced by agents/walk-ins and visitors in daily sales operation (where assigned).

- Support on management of sales galleries, show units and sales office (where assigned).

- Produce weekly/daily reports on sales activities.

- Conduct customer surveys and feedback where applicable.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have 1 – 2 years working experience in relevant areas.

- Good communication skill in English and Vietnamese.

- Drive for results, Problem solving and organization skills.

- Highly self–motivated and have customer-oriented mindset.

- Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative.
