This position drives growth through structured digital marketing strategies, creative campaigns, and performance optimization across European, US, and APAC markets. You will own marketing initiatives end-to-end while working closely with sales, design, and product teams to generate measurable business impact.

Growth & Digital Marketing

• Development and execution of structured marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Translate objectives into clear campaigns with defined messaging, channels, and call-to-action

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization

• Contribute to campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads
• Understand and optimize marketing funnels (attention → interest → conversion)
• Define budgets and action plans.
• Track KPIs and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Content & Branding

• Develop and refine content (copy, messaging, basic visuals) aligned with company tone.
• Apply storytelling principles to communicate value propositions effectively.
• Organize & coordinate marketing efforts with internal teams in a fractional and collaborative way.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing or growth roles.
• Background in tech or IT outsourcing companies, B2B focus.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: Customer journey, call-to-action, lead generation; basic funnel concepts and conversion thinking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to learn from data and experiments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

  Skills & Tools:

• Content / Lead Gen: basic SEO tools, email & social scheduling
• Data-driven: Google Analytics (GA), Meta Ads basics
• Design: Canva (or equivalent basic design tool)
• Fluent in English. French is a big plus.
