The Graphic Designer plays a key role in bringing the Dwight School Hanoi brand to

life through exceptional visual storytelling. Working within the Communications

Department, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging,

and brand-consistent visual communications that support admissions, marketing,

internal communications, school events, and community engagement.

The role requires a creative thinker with strong technical design skills, exceptional

attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced

environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of

Communications and colleagues across the school to develop compelling visual

content across print, digital, environmental, and multimedia platforms.

Brand Management

• Ensure all visual communications align with Dwight School Hanoi's brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Maintain consistency across all printed and digital materials.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the school's visual brand.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality marketing and communications materials for print and digital platforms, including:

• Social media graphics

• Website assets

• Brochures and prospectuses

• Event branding

• Posters and signage

• Presentations

• Annual reports

• Newsletters

• Infographics

• Promotional campaigns

Digital Content Creation

• Produce engaging visual content for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and internal communications.

• Create motion graphics, simple animations, and other multimedia assets where appropriate.

Photography & Image Editing

• Edit, retouch, and optimize photography for print and digital use.

• Assist with the management of the school's image library.

• Ensure imagery reflects the diversity, culture, and values of the Dwight community.

Event & Environmental Design

• Design creative assets for school events, exhibitions, performances, admissions events, and campus displays.

• Develop environmental graphics that enhance the campus experience.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Communications Department, Admissions, and academic teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Asset Management

• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets.

• Support the development of reusable templates to improve efficiency across the department.

Innovation

• Stay informed about current design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.

• Proactively suggest new ideas and creative approaches to strengthen the

school's visual communications.

Photography

• Photography experience, including event photography

• Experience organizing and managing digital asset libraries

Education Sector Experience

• Previous experience working in a school, university, or educational environment

• Understanding of admissions and enrollment marketing

• Experience designing materials for community events, fundraising, or educational campaigns
