Global Project Manager (English)

• Work directly with global clients to collect requirements and propose solutions.
• Lead the SWAT team in presales phases: preparing proposals, estimations, demos, and POCs.
• Coordinate with BA, Dev, QA teams to deliver competitive bid packages.
• Ensure successful handover to delivery teams after winning the bid.
• As Tech Lead: review system architecture, technical design, and provide technical guidance.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a PM or Tech Lead in software development.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Solid technical understanding.
• Hands-on experience with presales, proposal writing, bidding, or client demos.
• Experience working in ITO or outsourcing companies with international clients.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in large systems like ERP, CRM, HRM, or domains such as finance, healthcare, insurance.    
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Confluence, Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of building and scaling a new tech team.
