About the Company

We are an international sourcing and supply chain company helping retailers, wholesalers, importers and industrial customers source products across Asia. With offices in Asia, Europe and the Americas, we are looking for a capable leader to manage and grow our Vietnam operation.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position based in Ho Chi Minh City, responsible for overseeing our Vietnam office operations and driving business growth in the local market.

You will lead a local team across sourcing, merchandising, quality control and logistics, while also working directly with international customers and developing supplier relationships throughout Vietnam. The role is hands-on and requires regular factory travel, negotiation, and cross-border coordination with our other offices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Ho Chi Minh City office.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with factories across Vietnam.

- Identify and develop new manufacturing partners across relevant product categories.

- Oversee merchandising, production follow-up, quality control and logistics activities.

- Conduct regular factory visits to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.

- Support international customers with sourcing, product development and production coordination.

- Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms with suppliers.

- Recruit, develop and manage a local team, providing clear direction and regular feedback

- Identify growth opportunities with both existing and new customers.

- Collaborate closely with our offices in Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Yêu cầu công việc

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in sourcing or supply chain, who is comfortable working in a hands-on leadership capacity.

- 8 years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing or supply chain management.

- Live in Vietnam, prior working experience in Vietnam.

- Proven people management experience.

- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.

- Good commercial judgment and decision-making ability.

- Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

- Practical, solution-oriented mindset.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

- Experience in China or wider Asian sourcing markets is a plus.
