General Accountant (FMCG)

Support accountants in general tasks.
Guide accountants in handling and accounting accounting operations.
Check the correctness of accounting transactions.
Processing average monthly cost of goods.
Check that the ending balance of all accounts is reasonable and matches the detailed reports.
Close the books and prepare financial reports every month and year.
Provide data to the Board of Directors or functional units upon request.
Explain data and provide records and data to tax authorities and auditors upon request.
Summarize and compile accounting data when required for cross-checking or other requests from superiors.
Store accounting data according to regulations.
Education background:

University
-
Major: Accounting/Finance/Audit or other related major.
- have certificate of Chieft Accountant certificate
Working Experience:
-
Minimum
At least 07 years of accounting experiencesxperiences.

Experience in FMCG, and retail industry preferred

Experience in
General ledger accounting and financial reporting of Chieft of Accountant in FMCG, and retails
Competency:
-
English Proficiency:
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 730
(
Upper level of Limited Working Proficiency approaching Professional Proficiency) or above. Candidates who have not taken the TOEIC test must demonstrate equivalent proficiency through interviews or the company’s English assessment.
Good english in communication Expected ability:
1) Participate in meetings conducted in English, 2)
Understand accounting documentation and emails in English; 3)
Communicate with auditors, partners, or regional teams when required

Professional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations, Financial reporting and reconciliation, internal control awareness.
