Fullstack Developer

• ⁠End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance web and mobile interfaces (Frontend) and robust, secure server-side logic (Backend).
• AI-Augmented Engineering: Utilize AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or LLMs) to accelerate boilerplate development, write complex unit tests, refactor legacy code, and document system architecture.
• ⁠Fintech Domain Ownership: Develop and maintain features involving payment gateways, ledger integrity, compliance/KYC workflows, and secure API integrations.
• ⁠Architecture & Scalability: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Collaborate on database schema design, system architecture, and infrastructure-as-code to ensure our fintech solutions are scalable and resilient.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-driven research and scaffolding to move from "idea" to "working prototype" in rapid cycles, allowing us to validate new business features quickly.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (optional but preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• ⁠Technical Stack:
  • Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue, or modern TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks.
  • Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), or Go.
  • Database: Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with transaction-heavy data models.
• Fintech DNA: Proven experience working on fintech projects (payments, banking, wallets, or trade platforms) is a major plus.
• ⁠AI-Driven Mindset: A demonstrable ability to integrate AI into your coding workflow. You should be able to explain how you use AI to improve code quality, security audits, or debugging processes.
• Professional Adaptability: Comfortable working in an Agile environment and eager to adopt new tooling that optimizes team output.
