FP&A Supervisor (F&B/ Nightlife)

Preparing, maintaining daily, monthly and periodic reports. Make sure all reports are delivered on time. Analyzing reports to find any factors for business performance improvement.
Preparing for monthly group financial updates, reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other data, including monthly commentary to explain variances between actual vs last month, last year, budget, forecast.
Preparing quarterly, yearly budget and forecasts in Group level. Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of forecast.
Preparing & developing financial models: New projects modelling, forecasting modelling, ...
Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan,including review & approve PR on ERP, tracking actual vs budget & providing advice to budget business owners.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded.
Preparing & developing management reports: PNL, CF, BS, sales report... for both excel and system reports.
Collaborate with FBP, SP&C team, other departments in building database, support for building new reports and solving business case.
Other tasks assigned by Senior Finance Manager.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling. Expert in modelling.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ready to lead FP&A team.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Advanced in excel skills, Power Query. Power BI are preferred.
Having experience in F&B/nightlife is an advantage.
