Brand Marketing Specialist

Planning
Prepare the deployment master plan for all activities with the Brand Manager (BM).
Plan content across all brand social channels and media.
Prepare checklists and timelines for offline activations and engagement activities.
Prepare the calendar for brand activities.
Prepare brand briefs for internal Marketing teams, including Design, Creative, Digital, and PNS.
Deployment
Prepare content for all brand social media posts and marketing materials.
Work with media partners, including magazines, KOLs/KOCs, and online communities across multiple platforms.
Produce brand social media videos.
Execute offline activities according to the approved checklist and timeline, working closely with other departments.
Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers for production and service requirements.
Follow tasks delegated by the Brand Manager.
Collaborate with brand stakeholders to execute offline activations and engagement activities.
Prepare payment and service-related documents in coordination with the Operations team.
Positive team player with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
At least
3 years of experience in Marketing, Events, Agency, Team Building, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree or College diploma in a related field. Background in Hospitality, Retail, Fashion, or Trade is an advantage.
Willing to travel and work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Ability to create and follow detailed checklists.
Strong research skills with the ability to generate and propose new ideas.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
