• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD, Rhino, or Clo3D) and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with nesting software is preferred.

• Experience: in Footwear Design.

• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable navigating Bill of Materials (BOM) and cost breakdowns to identify "cost-down" opportunities.
