Finishing Manager

1. Job Objective:

Ensure that product color and finishing effects meet customer standards, maintain consistency across production batches, and achieve required aesthetic quality and outdoor durability

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1. Color Control & Finishing Standards

• Inspect colors based on approved samples / golden samples / color swatches

• Ensure:

o Correct color (shade, tone)

o Correct finishing effects (wash, brush, antique, etc.)

o Consistency across components and finished products

2.2. In-line Inspection (During Production)

• Monitor each production stage:

• Identify defects and request timely corrective actions:

2.3. Color Formula Development & Control

• Work closely with:

o Paint suppliers

o Technical / R&D team

Yêu cầu công việc

Job requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in color technology in the furniture industry.

- Excellent teamwork skills.

- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- Proactive and willing to travel for work when required.
