Finance Executive

- Prepare, monitor and analyze budgets/expenses and operational performance for assigned units/departments.

- Prepare management reports, analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, provide insights and recommendations

- Prepare and update rolling forecasts to monitor business outlook and support management decision-making

- Review and assess procurement proposals to ensure budget compliance and cost efficienc

- Evaluate the ROI of investments, including asset investments.

- Calculate and analyze product cost/price

- Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and cash management

- Perform other duties at the request of the management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Audit or related field

- At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting or equivalent position in medium to large sized companies

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Understand Vietnam laws, accounting standards and tax regulations of Vietnam.

- Fluent in English and communication skills (written and verbal communication)

- Proficient in Word/Excel/Powerpoint, experience in ERP systems is a plus,

- Willingness to assist in a wide variety of tasks,

- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and honest

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
