Finance Assistant Manager (Label Packaging)

1.     Business Partnering & Commercial Support

• Act as primary finance business partner to Operation, Sale and Supply Chain; participate in management meetings and advise on financial implications of operational and commercial decisions.
• Support customer and supplier negotiations with margin and cost-to-serve analysis; provide input into pricing, quotes and contract terms.
• Collaborate on production planning to align capacity, cost and working capital outcomes.

2.     Cost Management & Operational Finance

• Own product costing, standard cost maintenance and cost variance investigations; identify opportunities to reduce unit cost and waste across production processes.
• Drive cost control initiatives (direct material, direct labor, overheads) and lean finance practices with operations teams.

3.     Financial Planning & Analysis

·       Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‐range financial planning for the Vietnam operation; partner with operations, sourcing and commercial teams to translate business drivers into financial targets.

·       Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, KPI reporting and clear commentary for plant and group stakeholders.

·       Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, new product introduction, capital investments, and business cases.

4.     Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance automation (reduce manual work).

University graduates or above (Industrial engineering, Electrical, Automation, IT field)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, business is a plus

Minimum 3 year at equivalent level

English proficiency is a must

Knowledge on Tax, legal

Knowledge on Finance management skill, Finance business partnership

Management skill especially human management

Effective communication skill

Strong commercial acumen, experience as a finance business partner, and familiarity with product costing, factory KPIs and supply chain finance
