VACANCIES: 01 Finance Analyst

REPORT TO: Head of Finance Livestock & Genetics

JOB PURPOSE:

- You will work in a team, analyzing and controlling financial information in all aspects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyse and control financial information in all aspects

- Gathering and analysing information and communicating recommendations.

- Regularly check the accuracy of financial information in data warehouse, especially those serve the management reports.

- Work in a team, analyse financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, and other related management reports.

- Analyze business performance in detail by each customer and animal groups as required by the Board of Directors.

- Analyse financial ratios such as DSO, DIO, DPO, OWC, and support in cash flow forecasting as the request of the Board of Directors.

- Analyze Business Results reports of linked chains for the Animal Feed industry

- Work in a team, coordinate with stakeholder to prepare budget for the next year and plan for the next 3 years.

- Cooperate with IT department, Division Director to build up database and automation report for Feed Division.

RESULTS:

- Provide on time, accuracy, completed information to support for Management take properly decision.

- Ensure that the accuracy of all financial information in data warehouse are well controlled.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree: major in FINANCE/AUDIT preferred.

EXPERIENCES:

- At least 3-year working experience in equivalent position, experienced in auditing is a plus.

- Professional capacity (ability to read and understand financial statements, data collection, analytical skill, risk awareness, accuracy)

- Soft skills (ability to work in a team & independently, communication skills, learning ability, negotiation skills, decisiveness, organizational skills, proactiveness, creativity)

- Commitment and accountability to tasks assigned

LANGUAGES:

- Vietnamese

- Fluent English is a must

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced Excel skill is required; being familiar with other tools such as PowerBI, PowerQuery is an advantage
