• Discuss and push to maximize sell-in and sell-out to achieve the target provided.

• Checking POS to ensure they are in good condition following the company’s CI.

• Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.

• Implement sales programs.

• Making reports: POS evaluation, color-mix order, trip report…

• Trade activity including planning, supporting dealers in execution, checking and making reports.

• Consolidate and improve the quality of agent operations

• Coaching Sales DLR sales staff, setting KPI.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Trading,…

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, experience in the motorcycle industry is preferred.

• Have knowledge of basic hardware-related products along with a willingness to learn.

• Previous experience in a retail environment will be an advantage.

• Good English skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

• Location: Hochiminh City.
