Tuyển dụng Failure Analysis Engineer (FAE) tại Hà Nội

Job Purpose Summary Handling all failure analysis from Customer feedbacks or process issues.

Key Responsibilities

1 Debugging and writing procedures and methodologies related to failures in production and field returns

2 Conduct root cause analysis on failed products to determine the cause of the failure.

3 Develop and implement solutions to prevent product failures from recurring.

4 Collaborate with other CFT teams and departments to identify and resolve product issues.

5 Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and proposed solutions.

6 Improved customer satisfaction due to fewer product failures

7 Train and support testing technicians with test methods and techniques, and data gathering

8 Organize and manage all FA projects

Yêu cầu công việc

* Knowledge: Graduated from University – Electronics field or Automation.

* Experience: 2-3 years experience as FAE for the PCBA assembly manufacturing or be fluently with the PCBA and Boxbuild assembly process.

* Competencies required for the job

- Fluent in English communication (4 skills)

- Good skill in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

- Good knowled in key process setting and controll: SPI, Reflow profile, AOI, AXI,…

- Experience with failure analysis and root cause analysis techniques

- Fluent of the Schematice reading

- Experience with electronic bench-test equipment - oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, TDR, BERT, pulse and signal generators, power supplies, DC source/measure

- Knowledge of relevant tools and software like SEM, VAYO, VAYLOR , etc.

- Good knowledge in failure analysis techniques: 8D, 4M1E, 5 Why, FTA, …

- Good knowledge about the manufacturing process in some industries: PCB, Plastic, Metal part,..

- Knowlede about the Reliability test relating PCBA products: Drop test, Thermal shock test, Dye and Pry test,…

- Has experience to work with 3rd party labs in Failure analysis

- Knowledge about the IPC standards: IPC-A-600, IPC-A-6012, IPC-A-610, J-STD-xxx that relating PCBA and/or components.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Collaborative and team-oriented work style
