Factory Manager Wood Chipping Facility

• Participate in the project from the EPC stage, coordinating with contractors on construction, equipment installation, and operational readiness.
• Lead the commissioning, start-up, and handover of the production line.
• Manage overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, raw materials, yard operations, and logistics.
• Ensure production targets, equipment efficiency, workplace safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage operators, subcontractors, and external service providers.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant operations or factory management.
• Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, conveyors, heavy machinery, and industrial material-handling systems.
• Strong experience in production, maintenance, workforce management, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Working-level English proficiency.
• Willingness to work long-term in Tuyen Quang or Yen Bai.
• Experience in EPC projects, commissioning, wood processing, biomass, or heavy industry is preferred.
