Export Executive

• End-to-End Handling: Manage export shipments (Sea/Air) from rate procurement, booking, SI submission, to B/L issuance and pre-alert dispatch.

• Trucking & Operations: Coordinate inland trucking/drayage, arrange container pickup/delivery, and track trucking schedules to ensure timely port delivery.

• Customer & Vendor Support: Issue invoices, input costs, update tracking systems, and communicate with clients, local vendors, and overseas agents.

• Problem Solving & Negotiation: Resolve daily issues smoothly; negotiate freight rates and local charges with carriers and truckers.

• Inquiry & Reporting: Respond to rate requests promptly and prepare daily/weekly status reports.

• Data Quality: Ensure timely billing, accurate file closing, and systematic doc uploading per company standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 1–3 years in Export Freight Forwarding / Logistics, with hands-on experience in trucking coordination / inland transportation.

• Skills: Solid grasp of export docs (FCL/LCL, Sea/Air, B/L, SI). Proficient in MS Office (Experience with CargoWise is a plus).

• English: Good written & spoken English for daily partner communication.

• Attributes: Detail-oriented, good negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
