Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Postgraduate degree preferred

• Experience: 4 years of management experience in a similar position

• English: TOEIC minimum 550 or equivalent

• Professional knowledge: Understand knowledge about construction, design, and construction materials to accurately separate and calculate volume to accurately separate and calculate volume.

• Analytical skills: Ability to read, understand, and analyze technical drawings, including architectural, structural, and M&E (mechanical and electrical) drawings.

• Negotiation skills: Negotiate prices, adjust volumes, and handle arising issues effectively.

• Detailed and accurate thinking: Calculate volumes with high accuracy, ensuring no omissions or mistakes.

• Problem-solving ability: Handle complex situations and provide appropriate solutions during volume separation.

• Technology update: Always update new technology trends to improve work efficiency and increase accuracy.

• Experience requirements: Priority is given to those with 5 years or more and who have worked on basic construction projects worth 100 billion VND or more.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of procurement experience covering one or more categories: Construction, Marketing, IT, Telecom, Cloud, Data/AI solutions, Professional Services and General Procurement.

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement lifecycle: demand planning, sourcing, RFP/RFQ/RFT, bidding, commercial evaluation, negotiation, contract management, implementation and acceptance.

• Strong bidding and supplier selection capability, with the ability to design tender strategy, evaluate technical/commercial proposals and drive competitive outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in negotiating pricing, commercial terms, service levels and long-term partnerships with strategic vendors.

• Strong vendor management capability, including vendor assessment, performance evaluation, risk management and relationship development.

• Proven capability in identifying and developing new suppliers, especially in emerging technology domains such as Cloud, AI, Data, Digital Transformation and Technology Services.

• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, business units and technical teams; capable of bridging business, commercial and technical requirements.

• Strong project management, stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple concurrent procurement initiatives.
