Project Planning & Coordination

Support the development and maintenance of integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and action trackers.

Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage project interdependencies.

Governance & Reporting

Prepare project updates, management reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and executive presentations.

Maintain project governance documentation, action logs, decision registers, and status reports.

Ensure project activities are tracked and reported in a structured and transparent manner.

Stakeholder Management

Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Organize project meetings and monitor closure of action items and commitments.

Escalate delays, risks, and issues requiring management attention.

Performance Monitoring

Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and key performance indicators.

Consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to provide management with clear project visibility.

Support continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.

5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Coordination, Consulting, or similar project-driven environments.

Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes and tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate stakeholders, drive follow-ups, and ensure execution discipline.

Prior consulting experience is advantageous; candidates with solid project management backgrounds are also highly suitable.

Good command of English for preparing presentations, reports, and communicating with international stakeholders is preferred.

Proactive, agile, detail-oriented, and capable of working under high pressure.
